As a part of Libyan Universities Governance project (TEMPUS), Dr. Abdulla Elmansoury, the LIMU coordinator of the project and Dr. Salma Bukhatwa, participated in the workshop in Tunisia during the period 30/04-01/05/2016, where the LIMU strategic plan 2016-2020 was presented and has been adopted as a model of strategic plans for the Libyan Universities and will be included in the paper titled "Higher Education in Libya" by the end of the project.
