The UNIGOV project meeting took place the dates 27-28 of July in Tunis, Tunisia. The consortium met together to give an update on project status and activities in each institution carried out during past months. Mario Gullió, University of Alicante expert, presented the results of the Delphi study conducted at Libyan institutions to be discussed with the partners. The conclusions and recommendations will be widely used to complete the HE in Libya document which is currently being developed by the partnership as one of the main inputs of the project. The OGPI Director, Roberto Escarré and Project Financial Manager, Olga Bloshchinska, also participated in this meeting.
