The fourth workshop, which took place in Istanbul on 18th and 19th October 2014, gave an overview of process management in EU on the basis of Tallinn University of Technology practice. The workshop covers strategic planning, monitoring (quality management and auditing), and prevention measures (risk management). 

Participants were introduced to the quality management, strategic planning, auditing process and risk management in TUT, while the emphasis was specially placed on risk management and internal audit. TUT also talked about their performance indicators and marketing strategies. The Libyans were then given different tasks with an aim to analyse their own institutions and share the results with the whole group.
